We are very excited to be opening a jazz school in the South Puget Sound and Tacoma region in 2025. Our goal is to build a community of musicians interested in jazz, improvisation and music theory. We want to create a space for students, musicians and instructors to further their skills and musicianship together. We believe that life is better with music in it.

Mission
It is the mission of Tacoma Jazz Academy to create a community of students, instructors, and professional musicians that support, inspire and invigorate artistic and musical growth in jazz and improvisational music studies and performance. Together with our partner school Seattle Jazz Academy, we will provide the regions top instructors and jazz education programming to the south Puget Sound region.
